- I am 45 year old father of 3, (20, 18, 16) happily married (2nd time) trying to juggle a busy lifestyle like most of us do. I work for a consumer goods company going on 21 years and have lived in several different Midwestern cities the last 10 years. I am continuing my education to assist me in my career development. It has been somewhat challenging, as I travel in my current role, however the online flexibility has been a big help. I must admit, that when I returned to school (about 1 year ago) I was a bit pessimistic of the overall value that I would benefit from making this time investment. After a year and a few courses later, I have been pleasantly surprised of the beneficial impact it has had on my job and life. I am looking forward to finishing my education and earning a degree as I firmly believe it will make me a more well-rounded person.
